In his hometown of Nayarit, Mexico Victor cultivated his interest in food creation, but his Professional training in the United States has elevated his masterful touch in culinary cuisine to prestigious heights.

Some people believe food and food creations to be an art form. For our Assistant Chef, Carlos Garcia, food is just that. Many of our food arrangements are garnished with lavish carved creations. From animal carving brought to life from garden vegetables to beautiful floral fruits, Carlos is a Master Artist in edible delights. Carlos has been a vital member of our Culinary Team for over 10 years. His innovative ideas in Hors D’eourve creations have enhanced the quality and creativity of our exceptional food menu and presentation.
